THE HOST

Beco Lichtman (he/him) is a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consultant, facilitator, educator, and speaker. As a Black, gay man, empowering BIPOC and LGBTQ+ folks are central to his work. Whether he’s facilitating a workshop or hosting his new podcast Come Thru, Black Sheep, Beco is committed to amplifying the voices and stories of those from underrepresented groups.

He has a BA in English Literature with an emphasis in Exile Studies and an MBA from Florida International University. He lives in Paris, France with his husband.
